Remove "Get instant access" Slack notification for non-licensed users

      When using the Slack integration with Jira, Slack users who don't have an Atlassian Account receive a notification to get access to Jira whenever a work item link is used in the channels:

       

      Currently, there is no option to remove this notification. We would like to deactivate this notification for non-licensed users.

            This is disruptive/annoying for a variety of team members who aren't using Jira even though they're in the some common slack channels.
