Ability to add parent from custom hierarchy levels in MS Team

      Description

      When creating issues using Jira Cloud MS Teams is not possible to select Parent a parent beyond the issue types available at level 1 of the issue type hierarchy.

      Suggestion

      To support custom hierarchy level and issue types as parents in MS Team.
