Jira and Slack integration does not send notifications when Issue security is enabled on an issue.

Send notification for the respective event on slack even when Issue security is enabled

Actual Results

As per our official documentation

The Jira Cloud for Slack app respects existing Jira permissions at the issue level and at the administration level.

• If @jira is connected to a Jira Cloud project with issue-level security, you won't receive Slack notifications for issues with security settings.

• To connect with the Jira Cloud app, your site administrator needs to enable it at https://<instancename>.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/jira-slack-integration/addon-config-page.

If the app is not enabled, you may see a message such as: "Connecting with this Jira Cloud instance was disabled by administrator".
