[API-729] Email 'send to issue' feature - Link comment to email when its attached so it clear

Description

Original: There is nothing to link the comment you enter when sending the email chain using the 'send to issue' feature in Outlook. The comment that is sent to an issue has no link to the attached emails. It would be really useful to have a link between the attached emails and the comment sent at the same time. It is useful that you can enter the comments but there is no link without explicitly saying see attached email...
