Issue Summary

Some customers report randomly facing duplicated data when clicking the refresh data button on Jira for Cloud Addon on the Excel desktop app. After a couple of tries, we see duplicated data and really random data being duplicated. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Excel Desktop>>Get Jira Data
2. Selecting Import type>>Filter 
3. Select the Filter (the filter doesn't care it happens from basic filters to complex filters I saw this on the call with the customer)
4. Max Rows 1500 
5. Click Refresh Data (It can duplicate from the first refresh data and other times can duplicate on the third or fifth refresh data attempt)

Expected Results

Retrieve from the filter selected as an example 1000 rows

Actual Results

After some data refresh, we can find more values like 1699 or even more rows returned this because rows were duplicated:

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
