Issue Summary
File upload fails in the Jira cloud app on MS Teams when a request takes >30 seconds
Steps to Reproduce
- Login to MS Teams > Open Jira cloud app > connect to your Jira site > Search for an issue
- Take any file which is big is size. For example, 800 MB in or more in size. When uploading a file and if request takes more than 30 seconds the file upload fails
- I have attached the HAR file from my test instance.
Expected Results
The file upload should be successful.
Actual Results
The below exception is thrown in the UI:
"Oops ... Something went wrong. Please contact Atlassian support if this problem persists. "
Workaround
The only possible workaround it to try uploading the file directly from the Jira UI.
