Jira Cloud for Sheets example is not accessible for end user

      Issue Summary

      The "View Examples" option in Jira Sheet add-on is not accessible for end user. The sheet is having permission restriction

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open Jira Sheet add-on using a non atlassian.com domain user account
      2. Link any Cloud site
      3. Click on "View Example"

      Expected Results

      The navigation should open a sheet that has more example details and usage information.

      Actual Results

      Example Sheet is not accessible for end user.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            The non-functional link is removed from the add-on. The users can refer to the 'Learn More' section for explanation.

            steps to reproduce must be amended:

            tester should not be logged in with Atlassian account, better to test in incognito mode
