When integrating Jira with Slack, the same fields displayed in the Jira project's create issue screen are supposed to be displayed in Slack's create issue screen, although they will not be following the same sort.

However, Cascading and Date & time custom fields are not supported in the slack creation today, so they are not displayed when creating issues from Slack. Please, add support to those fields.
