Steps to Reproduce
- Integrate Sheets with Jira using the Jira Cloud for sheets add-on
- Deactivate the owner of the sheets from your Jira Cloud site
- Remove the current connection and create a new one with an existing user
Expected Results
The integration start working again
Actual Results
the error "No Jira auth" is returned in the cells of the sheets where you tried to retrieve Jira data (With JQL or Jira filters)
Workaround
You can use one of the options below:
- Change the Google Sheets ownership to an existing user, by following the steps of this documentation. You'll need to reactivate the original Sheets owner to do this.
OR - Create a new Google Sheet copying the content from the original sheets to retrieve Jira data
