Jira Cloud for Sheets returns "No Jira auth" error if the owner of the sheet is deactivated from Jira Cloud

      Issue Summary

      After integrating a Google sheet and integrating with Jira using the Jira Cloud for sheets add-on, if you remove the sheet owner from your Jira site you're not able to retrieve data from Jira anymore, and the error  "No Jira auth" is returned to you even after re-connecting Jira with a new token and an existing user.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Integrate Sheets with Jira using the Jira Cloud for sheets add-on
      2. Deactivate the owner of the sheets from your Jira Cloud site
      3. Remove the current connection and create a new one with an existing user

      Expected Results

      The integration start working again

      Actual Results

      the error  "No Jira auth" is returned in the cells of the sheets where you tried to retrieve Jira data (With JQL or Jira filters)

      Workaround

      You can use one of the options below:

      • Change the Google Sheets ownership to an existing user, by following the steps of this documentation. You'll need to reactivate the original Sheets owner to do this.
        OR
      • Create a new Google Sheet copying the content from the original sheets to retrieve Jira data
