      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Tag Jira to enable HIPAA
        1. Tag products to enable HIPAA
      2. Slack stops working

      Expected Results

      Slack should continue working

      Actual Results

      Slack stops sending notifications.

      Workaround

      The only workaround found at the moment is untagging Jira
