    Description

      Issue Summary

There is a functionality gap in the Outlook add-in 'send to issue' feature when used with JPD (Jira Product Discovery) issues. While the add-in successfully attaches the email content to the JPD issues/ideas and stores it via the Atlassian Outlook integration service, there is no panel on a JPD issue to display this data to the user. This is contrary to the standard Jira software issue types where the attached emails are clearly visible in the 'Attached emails' section.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Use the Outlook add-in 'send to issue' feature to attach an email to a JPD issue.
      2. Inspect the JPD issue to see if the attached email content is visible.

      Expected Results

The attached email content should be visible in a specific panel on the JPD issue, similar to the 'Attached emails' section in standard Jira software issue types.

      Actual Results

The attached email content is not visible to the user on the JPD issue, as there is no specific panel to display this data.

      Workaround

Currently, there is a workaround to this issue, but it is not intuitive. Here are the steps:
      1. Click on 'Add a comment' within the 'send to issue' add-on.
      2. Click 'Paste email contents'.

By following these steps, the email content will be added as a comment on the JPD issue. However, there is no warning or documentation highlighting the necessity to do this for JPD issues/ideas.
