    Description

      Issue Summary

The integration between Jira Cloud and Slack should be enhanced to ensure a consistent issue layout in both platforms. Currently, the integration pulls fields from the Create Screen linked to the respective Project and Issue Type. However, the order of these fields in Slack does not adhere to the Issue Layout specified in the project settings within Jira. This discrepancy results in inconsistent user experiences when creating issues.

      Expected Results

It is recommended that the integration between Jira Cloud and Slack be improved to synchronize the order of fields when creating an issue. This will help ensure that the issue creation screens in both Jira and Slack present the same layout and sequence of fields, offering a seamless and uniform user experience.

      Actual Results

Currently, while the fields themselves are consistent between Jira and Slack, the arrangement of fields during issue creation differs between the two platforms. Unfortunately, this order cannot be modified in Slack.

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
