Issue Summary
The customer has granted EWS API access but the Jira Cloud for Outlook uploads attachments
Steps to Reproduce
- Send an email to create a Jira ticket
- Attach a file to it
Expected Results
The ticket is created within the attachment
Actual Results
The ticket is created without an attachment
Workaround
The only available workaround is to upload attachments manually
