Add-in doesn't work and shows "jwt not active" error

Issue Summary

When opening a sidepanel of Jira Cloud for Outlook, it shows "jwt not active" error. It started happening on Jun 8.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open add-in sidepanel.
2. See the error.

Expected Results

The add-in should work

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:
