Issue Summary
When a user tries to use =JIRA() function in Google Sheets (with the app Jira Cloud for Sheets) it throws an error "The Unknown function: Jira"
Steps to Reproduce
- Currently unable to reproduce the issue
Expected Results
=Jira() function should work and users able to write JQL and pull data into a sheet
Actual Results
Instead, users get this error: Unknown function: 'Jira'
Workaround
This is an intermittent issue in Google Sheets. Re-applying the add-on on the sheet might help to resolve the issue. To do this, click Extensions —> Add-ons —> Manage Add-ons in the top menu and then uncheck and check “Use in this document” on Jira Cloud add-on.
If possible please provide a screen recording with the browser console open and show us if there are any warnings or errors. This might be useful for us to see if there’s anything we can reproduce the issue.
