Summary:

This can be reproduced/noticed while performing following steps:

• Add a message in slack channel and  click on create a jira ticket option directly from slack
• Then a thread is created and from inside the thread we can transition the issue or assign ticket to someone
• Once done the actor gets a notification with label "visible only to you".

 

Request:

Those who don't want to receive notification for their own changes, should be able to disable this behaviour.
