Slackbot repeatedly asks users to install Jira Cloud app even though it's installed

      Issue Summary

      When linking Jira tickets within a slack DM, slackbot will suggest users install the Jira Cloud app for slack, even when it's already installed.

      Slackbot dialogue: 
      That looks like a Jira Cloud link. Would you like to install the Jira Cloud app from the Slack App Directory?

      No options are helpful to get stop this repeat, clicking "No, thanks" it will say "Ok, I won't ask you again" - then asks you the next time a ticket is linked. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Send a Jira ticket URL within a DM 
      2. Slackbot will ask you to install Jira Cloud App
      3. No options will stop this from repeating the next time a ticket is linked. 

      Expected Results

      There should not be a suggestion to download an application that's already installed. Furthermore, clicking "No, thanks" should stop the suggestion from popping up again. 

      Actual Results

      Slackbot will repeatedly ask users if they want to install the Jira cloud application. 

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            I don't feel that this is resolved.  

            I'm running Slack Version 4.32.127 d6c29fe68f749f4a5b7e6c50dd09067dabd06819@1686742043 (Production), have checked for Slack updates and have cleared cached & restarted.  The problem still happens for me in a DM.

            Slack support just sent me a note that they pushed a fix, after a hard reset to Slack, the issue was resolved. 

            From Slack support as I opened a case with them: 

            Hey there,

            Thanks for your patience.

            Our team has shipped out a fix that we believe should get things back in order. Would you mind completing a hard refresh of your Slack app (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) and let us know if you're still running into the issue?

            I don't believe I am listed as the reporter in this ticket, but if you are looking to have confirmation from the person who started this : you can close out the ticket.

            Thanks so much for your help in diagnosing this and coordinating with Slack to get a resolution!
            I can once again spam my colleagues with Jira links throughout the day  ; )

            The bug seems to be on Slack side. Slack support says that the issue has been fixed today! Please perform a hard refresh in your Slack client via Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R and check if the issue is still there.

            I can confirm that as of May 17th at 10:40 PST that the issue no longer occurs in Channels, only.
            The issue does still occur however, in Direct Messages to other users. (Slack connect or otherwise, even to yourself)
