Issue Summary
When a ticket is created from 'Jira cloud for outlook' add-on, the attachment is not created though include attachment checkbox is selected. This happens when the email is moved from one mailbx ( shared / generic )to another mailbox and then ticket is created using add-on.
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a shared / generic mailbox within Outlook app your computer. When you select an email in this mailbox, the 'Jira Cloud for Outlook' add-on will not be visible.
- Configure your personal mailbox within Outlook app.
- Move an email with an attachment from the shared mailbox to your personal mailbox by dragging and dropping the email.
- Now, try to create a ticket in Jira using 'Jira Cloud for Outlook' addon in Outlook by selecting email in your personal mailbox.

Expected Results
The ticket should get created with an attachment.
Actual Results
The ticket is created but without an attachment.
Workaround
Instead of moving email ( drag and drop ) , forward email from shared mailbox to personal mail id and then create ticket using 'Jira cloud for Outlook' add-on.
