[API-60] As a Jira Admin, in the Slack Jira integration I want to add Private Slack Channels to a Project when I nor the Project Admin are members of that channel - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

This is very much a corner case, but would be nice-to-have under the following conditions:

The user requesting a Slack integration on a project is not an admin on that project (nor should become one)
The project admin is not a member of the private Slack channel the user is requesting
As Jira admin, I am also not necessarily a member of that private Slack channel, nor a Slack admin with privileges to see all Slack channels

Workaround: temporarily become a member of the private Slack channel, add the integration to the Project, and then leave the channel.
