Issue Summary
As an admin I want to control the SLA format displayed when exporting using Jira Cloud for Excel. At the moment uses a XXhh YYmm format, different to the default one used by the UI XX:YY
Steps to Reproduce
- Access an instance with Jira Cloud for Excel
- Go to Issues and access a filter that displays issues from a Service Management project with SLAs configured
- Evidence that the displayed format for Time to SLA field is XX:YY
- Export using Jira Cloud for Excel, evidence that the displayed format for Time to SLA field is XXhh YYmm
Expected Results
As an admin I want to control the SLA format displayed when exporting using Jira Cloud for Excel, or see the same format as displayed in the List view or exporting to CSV.
Actual Results
The SLA field shows a different format than the CSV export or the field in the List view.
This format matches with the information displayed within the ticket for this field, but not the native export
Workaround
Export the issues as CSV, using Export > Export Excel CSV
