Issue Summary
After migrating data from one Slack workspace with Slack integration to another it adds a connection to a channel in an old Slack workspace instead of to a new one.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a connection for channel #test in Slack workspace A.
- Migrate data from Slack workspace A to Slack workspace B.
- Remove the connection for channel #test in Slack workspace A.
- Create a new connection for the same channel #test but in Slack workspace B.
Expected Results
It should create a connection for channel #test in Slack workspace B.
Actual Results
It creates a connection for channel #test in Slack workspace A instead of B.
Workaround
Unable to subscribe to Slack channel after workspace migration
- Users can create a new channel in a new Slack workspace and create a connection there or use the channel which didn't have any connections when it was part of an old Slack workspace.
- Reach out to support (the engineering team can perform a manual clean-up on their side).
