We have recently come across this notification under Atlassian Administration, in Identity Providers for our sync with Google Workspace: 

Action required before next sync

We can't sync groups missing from your Google Workspace. Remove the group from your synced group list or restore them to Google Workspace.

This also provides a link to update the sync options however, it does not advise which group in particular (or multiple groups) is affected and does not take the admin anywhere useful in the admin portal. Admins must manually go through the list of groups that are added under "Select Users to Sync" in "Sync Users only in specific groups" and check in Google Workspace whether those groups still exist and if they do not, remove them from the sync list in Jira.

This is a manual and tedious process that could be avoided if Atlassian could provide a list of the groups affected for the sync.
