Issue Summary

Getting issues from Jira isn't respecting the Google Sheets Time Zone.

Steps to Reproduce

• This bug is very intermittent, I was able to reproduce it while opening a brand new tab, starting the connection to the instance and getting the issues using a JQL.

Expected Results

All the date fields should be shown respecting the Google Sheets Time Zone.

Actual Results

The date fields seem to be using the instance time zone.

Workaround

Close the Jira Cloud for Sheets side panel, reopen it and get issues from Jira again, it should use the Google Sheets Time Zone.
