      Issue Summary

      When using theJira Cloud for Excel (official) integration plugin to export issues to excel in the client or browser an error is triggered noting "Something went wrong with the consent flow"

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. attempt to use Jira Cloud for Excel (official)

      Actual Results

      The below error exception is thrown:

      Something went wrong with the consent flow.

      Workaround

      Some users have reported fully logging out of Jira on all devices and restarting Excell and then re-logging into Jira to enable the connection allowed them to bypass the error, but this does not work in all circumstances

      A fix is actively being worked on and will be deployed shortly

            i'm still having issues with Google Sheet component in my Jira Cloud platform. Is there any schelude to fix this bug? it's a really hangful tool.

            In fact, I can still find Jira Cloud for Sheets as a plugin in Google Workspace Marketplace, but I can no longer find it in Atlassian Marketplace. Has is been removed by Atlassian?

            Hi there,

            I notice this bug report has now been closed - it appears to only address the Jira Cloud for Excel app though.

            I'm using the Jira Cloud for Google Sheets app, and I am still experiencing issues.

            Is the fix meant to have applied to Jira Cloud for Google Sheets too?
