[API-539] "State mismatch" while using "Open in Sheets" functionality

Description

Original: h3. Issue Summary While using the "Open in Excel" or "Open in Sheets" buttons, it asks to authorize into Microsoft or Google and then asks to authorize in Jira and after that it shows a "State mismatch" error. h3. Steps to Reproduce  # Open advanced issue search page  # Click the "Open in Sheets" button  # Follow authorization prompts  # In the end it will show "State mismatch" error h3. Expected Results It should allow exporting data to Excel or Sheets and authorization should work h3. Actual Results State mismatch error h3. Workaround If you get a "State mismatch" error, close the window with the error, close the dialog the verification code, wait 30-40 seconds and then try again. You can also use a standalone [Jira Cloud for Excell add-in|https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/WA200000556] or [Jira Cloud for Sheets app|https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/jira_cloud_for_sheets/1065669263016]. Also, you can use a Jira natvie export.
