Allow custom field dropdowns to use more than 100 options

      Issue Summary

      Custom fields with more than 100 values will only allow you to use the first 100 values in the /jira create dialogue. This is due to Slack's static multi-select option limit of 100.

      Suggestion

      If a custom field in Jira has more than 100 values, use the external data source input type to allow dynamic lookups in the field.

            Hi, I have a quick question—does the 100 options limitation apply even if a custom field has multiple contexts where none exceed 100 options individually, but the combined total for the field exceeds the limit? Thanks!

            We have over 100 releases of our product, and this bug in Jira Cloud for Slack prevents us from using the Slack bot for creating tickets as we are unable to select specific product releases via dropdown.

            Please prioritize resolving this bug as it is an impact on our developers being able to leverage Jira Cloud for Slack for ticket creation.
