      JSM has recently added Forms as a new feature and it would be nice to be able to integrate those forms with the Atlassian Assist tool via Slack.

            I agree. Without Assets included in the forms, how could you integrate this in a reasonably normal service desk? Isn't all forms in all service desks more or less related to some Assets? To use Assist we need this feature badly... A workaround could be to provide a clickable link to forms that have assets, so should could at least direct users to the web based forms for those that require Assets. With such a workaround we could retire out home developed Slack bot that currently do exactly this
