Problem Definition
Project administrators have the ability to configure Slack notifications for different Slack workspaces using the Jira Server for Slack App.
When multiple Slack workspaces are integrated with Jira, these workspaces won't be displayed to users on a specific order.
The order might be from the default order of rows in the database, for which the logic can be different on each supported DBMS.
Having a choice to configure the order these Workspaces appear to users, including on choosing the default Workspace that is shown when the Slack configuration is opened, would be great to save users some time.
Suggested Solution
Have an option for the Jira administrator to choose the order on which Slack workspaces appear to users on the Slack notification screens.
The workspace set on the first position should be used as the default workspace, being used when the Slack notification screens are opened for the first time.
