Date Format changes when Issues are exported using "Open In MS EXCEL" option.

      Issue Summary

      When we export issues in LIST VIEW using Jira for MS EXCEL, the DUE DATE and Start Date format gets changed. 

      Date format changes from 11/May/2021 to 2021-05-11

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Try to export the issues using "open in MS Excel Option"
      2. When prompted for "Excel on Desktop" OR "Excel Online" , choose "Excel on Desktop"
      3. Open the downloaded file

      Expected Results

      All the date columns should be in the same format ie dd/mm/yyy 

      Actual Results

      The format for Due Date and Started Date changes to "YYYY-MM-DD"

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
