      Issue Summary

      In the Jira Cloud for Slack application, there's no possibility to create a ticket on behalf of other JSM customers.

      Expected Results

      It would be nice to have the option to create a ticket on behalf of other customers.

      workaround

      Open a ticket through the portal or change the reporter after issue creation.

            In the Jira Service Management Cloud for Slack application, when you fill the "On behalf of" field in the ticket of a reporter, the actual ticket created inputs the reporter value with the person who raised the ticket via Slack instead.

            h3. Steps to Reproduce
             # Create a Jira Service Desk Issue via Slack
             # Fill up the fields and the "On Behalf Of" with a reporter value.
            # Complete the action by clicking on "Create"

            h3. Expected Results
            When User A creates a ticket on behalf of Reporter B, in the Service Desk project, the value of the reporter field is "Reporter B".

            h3. Actual Results
            When User A creates a ticket on behalf of Reporter B, in the Service Management project, the value of the reporter field is we cant put the person who requested help on the field, we can only assign to the tech.

            None

            Currently, you must click on the 3 dots in a message to create tickets.

            Would be nice to have this setting to allow users to create tickets easely.
