      Issue Summary

      In the Jira Cloud for Slack application, there's no possibility to create a ticket on behalf of other JSM customers.

      Expected Results

      It would be nice to have the option to create a ticket on behalf of other customers.

      workaround

      Open a ticket through the portal or change the reporter after issue creation.
