      Context

      Currently, the app has a regular expression that will convert any matching text into a Jira ticket. In some cases, a company that uses a similar pattern for purchase orders and so on, which causes confusion.

      Current behaviour

      Any value that matches a "key-numbers" e.g. PO-12345 will be parsed as a Jira issue.

      Desired behaviour

      Allow customers to set an exclusion list of project keys - e.g. any match that starts with "PO" won't be treated as a Jira issue.
