      Why?

      Usually, users don't want to be notified about their own modifications. 

       

      It looks like we need 1 extra field, e.g. lastUpdater or modificationUser here.

      JQL usage, e.g.:

      lastUpdater != currentUser() 

              Unassigned Unassigned
