Currently when responding to a service desk issue via slack we seem restricted to only commenting publicly. This is sufficient most times, but for a small subset of times there's a need to make an internal comment to share sensitive information that the reporter or participants shouldn't be aware of.
Our use case is the opposite: We need internal-only to be the default for comments generated from Slack and only rarely do we want to generate a public client-viewed comment from Slack.
