I have the same issue from a week. Jira Cloud for Excel is always loading but nothing is showed.

            Hi 9caba1d5f64e and 8965d1412b54

I'd recommend reaching out to Atlassian support via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

But usually, if the add-in is not showing up, I'd recommend reinstalling it first and see if it resolves the issue.

Mine works on my computer, however other users do not have it working, is there any action and can this be reopened as bug or should we add ticket for this support?

We are having this issue at Rockwell Automation as well, user doesn't not see the screen

Jira add in disappeared after system update. Now it's also gone from File > Options > Add-Ins, but I seem to have it under Insert > Get Add-Ins.

Only issue is: tells me it's "Loading Add Ins" and nothing happens. Tried this a few times, incl. reboot etc.

            PLEASE FIX ASAP

@Prasad Damodharan - I suggest you open a new ticket for your issue by contacting support, as this ticket is closed.

Note: this bug is resolved for me and others so I think you may have a different issue Prasad. One thing to try would be turning off VPN or trying to connect from a different network to establish whether your network is restricting you.

This is still not working for me. I'm on Excel Version 2106 (Build 14131.20320) and pull the latest Jira for Excel plugin, but I still just get a spinning circle. Any help on this is appreciated as it is blocking my work currently.

Looks like this was a connection issue, not an issue with the plugin.
