Introduce the ability to edit additional fields especially time tracking in Outlook View Issue

There are only a certain number of fields that can be edited in the View issue mode for Outlook.

It would be great to see all the fields that have been configured for the issue type so that, they can be updated in outlook View Issue mode.

The most important of them are the time tracking fields. It adds so much value.
