When using "Add to issue" on Slack, add as a comment to issue

      Summary: Currently when using the Slack to Jira integration and clicking on a chat > "Add to issue", it adds the slack chat under Slack "Open issue activity" when reviewing the issue in Jira.

      This is not easily discoverable and it will be more user friendly if it is added as a comment to the Jira issue.
