      Problem Description:

Currently, if you export a saved search to Google/Excel sheets the Affected Services field appears as "[no field found]

      Suggest Solution:

Provide support for this field to appear in the search results and in the exported file

+ 1, it's ridiculous that ITSM can't build reports on affected services.

Has anyone found a workaround for this? For example, would it be possible to use an automation to trigger an update to a new custom field (i.e. Affected Services - reporting) for reporting purposes?

We are also having this issue.  We are trying to build dashboards that would take affected services into account, but this way is impossible
Is there any idea when can this be solved? Is there any workaround?

How is this not a bug? At best it is sub-optimal design. I too found that the Affected services column on my dashboard is empty even though I can see the values when viewing the filter directly.  This is yet another super annoying shortcoming of Cloud as it makes zero sense that field values can't be displayed everywhere. I do understand that Services actually live in OpsGenie and the OpsGenie API must be used to query them but someone should have taken that into account for service projects in JSM.

Bump, this needs to be a thing.

If we won't be able to use this fields in Jira reports & in exports, I is useless from my point of view. the same as the Teams.

Hi, it would really be good to be able to report on "affected services" because some crucial things like resource planning are based on this. I excpected way more (with regards to reporting) when I started working with the Services feature in my ITSM project.
