Description
At this time MS Teams integration creates Jira Core/Software tickets that only have issue type configuration.
Suggest resolution
Add the ability to use Jira Service Management ticket with a valid "Request Type" so the tickets can be available at the customer portal.
Workaround
We can use legacy JSM automation to set the request type:
We would also like to be able to select the request type in Teams when creating a ticket from a message. This option is available in the Outlook addin, but unfortunately not in teams. Without the request type specified, our users do not receive any notifications when we create a ticket from a message.
