Be able to send notifications based on generic JQL without having any project selected

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Currently, using Jira Server for Slack (Official) we can add notifications based on individual Jira Projects and filter down from there. However, we need to be able to create a notification based on a generic JQL query. 

      For example, I have a current use case where I can send webhooks based on any JQL to the Legacy Slack integration. The JQL is based on specific labels that can span Jira Projects.

      I also have another use case where all new Jira tickets that are created are sent to a single slack channel via the legacy integration.

      We need to be able to emulate the same functionality using the Jira Server for Slack (Official)
