      Issue Summary

      Jira Cloud for Sheets is exporting issues with -1 hour when using daylight savings time zones.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. open the google sheets.
      2. go to "File" >> "Spreadsheet settings".
      3. change to a time zone with daylight savings, for example (GMT-5 or GMT+1).

      Expected Results

      It should export the issue at the same time without this conversion to minus 1 hour.

      Actual Results

      It seems that the REST API is sending the field with 00:00:00Z (UTC) value and then the Google Sheets seems to be converting it to -1 hour, which causes the field to be filled with the previous day.

      Workaround

      Our suggestion is to try to create a workaround in Sheets to round the date value up which adds the proper/expected date.
