Email attachments are not attached to issue in "New Outlook" for Mac

    Description

      What? 

      When "New Outlook" is enabled on Outlook for Mac, email attachments are not attached to the issue when using "Include email" and/or "Include attachments" on "Create issue" or "Send to issue" screens.

      Why?

      This is due to a bug in Outlook functionality which Jira Cloud for Outlook add-in depends on.

      Workaround

      Turn off "New Outlook" until the bug is fixed on the Outlook side.

      UPDATE: The Outlook team has fixed all bugs related to attachments. Please update Outlook for Mac to version 16.45 (20122006) or higher (depending on the channel it might take up to a month to get this update, it's available now through the beta channel).


      We will update this ticket once the issue is fixed on the Outlook side.
