These days more and more users prefer interfaces with dark backgrounds or, simply put, "dark mode".

Users can set the dark mode of Outlook desktop clients as well as in web app.

The Jira Cloud for Outlook add-in though doesn't currently have an option of setting its theme to dark.

Here's a section of Outlook web app with dark mode and Jira app opened:

- - Sort By Name
  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List

I use dark mode on everything and sudden light mode is jarring!
