"/jira create", mimics the ticket creation process, but not for the service desk portal ticket creation because it misses the Request Types on the Issue Type field.
It would be of great value to have the portal request types displayed on the issue type box, so that our customers could stay in slack while creating support tickets.

We currently do not allow request creation without a request type so this made our Slack Jira Cloud app worthless to us because we can't pass the workflow to create the issues with Jira Cloud and can only use the Assist App which needs special configuration.
