      It would be great to have the ability for JSD Portal-only customers to be able to raise request from Slack with Jira Service Desk Cloud for Slack (EAP).

      At the moment, only JSD agents ( licensed users ) can raise requests using Jira Service Desk Cloud for Slack (EAP).
