Allow toggle for "This comment was left via Slack." for all types of projects

      I have began to rely on the slack integration for keeping up with the multiple projects I'm involved with, and I don't like that it adds a signature when I comment on something. Could we get a toggle for this? 

       

      It looks like this issue was addressed in API-195, but only for Service Desk projects. I'm seeing the same behavior on my Next-gen project.
