@mentions notifications in Jira Server for Slack

    Description

      At the moment personal notifications are limited for

      • When issues that are assigned to me are updated
      • When issues I’m watching are updated

      It would be great if mentions send out notifications by default to users in Jira Server for Slack, which will improve collaboration should a user is not aware of the issue that they are being mentioned on.
