Provide ability to raise tickets with more required fields using JSD for Slack app

      Problem Definition

      The new Jira Service Desk for Slack provides agents the ability to raise tickets through Slack. However, it only allows summary and description as the fields and users cannot raise tickets if any other field is marked as required. This limits the functionality of the app.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide the ability to raise tickets with more required fields and show a form accordingly within Slack.

      Workaround

       

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.

            Hi Team Atlassian, 

            We just started using the JSD in our company and it looks like it might be a hit (Fingers crossed) 

            But one of the most common requests I have got is that people would like to create the tickets directly from slack. 
            As a part of the JSD ticket, for us, screenshots and labels are very important and since the slack plug-in doesn't allow us to create the tickets with the above components is a bit of a bummer. 

            Requesting you to please look into this feature request
