The Jira Server for Slack (Official) app provides integration between Jira Server and Slack. One of the features available is allowing people to receive notifications on Slack for issue creation, transition and etc.

Suggestion
Sometimes, these notification message templates may not suit our business needs or can be improved and we would like to customize the text.
Eg: When someone comments on a ticket, Slack users would receive the following notification

User has commented to a IssueType

We would like to change to
User has commented on a IssueType
