Slack plugin for Bitbucket Server: provide the ability to set the notifications defaults for the whole instance

      Problem

      Slack plugin for Bitbucket Server provides the possibility to configure the notification types for each repository with around 25 options. The problem is that all 25 notifications types are enabled by default and the admins have to configure each repository individually.

      Solution

      Please provide system wide setting to set up the default notifications set for new repositories and bulk edit for current.
